Keirstin is one of the preeminent C-PACE experts in the United States and a leading legal mind when it comes to complex specialty financing transactions with Commercial Real Estate. She has built a 25+ year in commercial real estate law finding a way to get deals done, and more importantly finding a way to get the absolute biggest and best benefit she can out of various programs, for her clients. Keirstin is tenacious and creative. Two traits that serve her and her clients well. She has been intimately involved in the C-PACE program, helping to shape Colorado’s program (which has become a model for other states), including working county by county to get their adoption and opt-in of the program. Grant has been a leading commercial developer for many years in the Colorado market. Employing creative strategies and a “find a way to get it done” approach. With decades of experience owning and developing commercial real estate, as well as a deep understanding of complex CRE financing, Grant’s ability to view each project from the owner’s perspective and his knack for finding solutions where others get stuck, make him an invaluable asset to his clients. Frank Swain

Frank brings a unique professional background and considerable project management experience to Integro Strategic Finance. After spending nearly a decade in energy policy at the Federal and State level managing teams and engaging decision makers, Frank pivoted his to career in 2017 enrolling at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. One year into his Master's in Business degree, Frank decided to pursue a specialized Real Estate Concentration at the Burns School of Real Estate. Frank received his bachelor's degree from Davidson College in North Carolina. After graduating with his MBA summer 2019, Frank joined the Integro team.

When’s he’s not sourcing leads and developing projects, Frank spends his time in the mountains or working on the tomato plants in his backyard.
